Before Getting Your Legs Waxed

Finally a bit 'of good rain. In this country the climate is poor, and perhaps only time can claim the lack of a clear sky. A struggle between the sky and the earth, the only weapon allowed: the rain. I imagine a war of water bombs. Water balloon launched from aircraft and all the children to come out with laughter friends hit by waves. Instead, while it rains here more or less polluted water, rain down bombs elsewhere. The real ones. Bad ones. I wish everyone could hear the echo. In reality no one should escape from the massacre. Everyone should at least acknowledge the sound, to realize that in every war we are all involved. The borders of countries are related as much as the time. As there is neither past nor future, there are no boundaries between nations. As the temporal coordinates exist only because the fruit of our mind and thus do not have evidence materials, so the spatial coordinates are indicative only, without any real sense, excluding the bureaucratic. We are citizens of the world before they are citizens of our country. Ergo, whatever happens inside the globe, we are all somehow responsible. One large community that lives to pursue a common goal. Now the point is perhaps not clear to everyone what is really this common goal. If after all there really was a whole or a joke.
And maybe the answer is in Article 22 of the Declaration of Human Rights. Maybe once everything turns around for the respect and cooperation for the preservation of progress and freedom. Perhaps Once this common goal is always her: freedom in all its meanings.
But then, if the common goal is freedom, if we are all citizens of one world, if there are no boundaries, if we are all in the same community, because we do unnecessary harm with bombs?
How can man be so stupid and not have the perfection of his reasoning ability?

Article 22 Everyone, as a member of society has the right to social security and to the realization, through national effort and international cooperation and in accordance with the organization and resources of each State, of economic, social and cultural rights indispensable for his dignity and the free development of his personality.
